Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and design employee benefits programs for designated countries or regions, ensuring competitiveness through benchmarking against industry peers and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee daily operational tasks including executing plan design changes, addressing individual employee concerns effectively, and managing relationships and contracts with external vendors.
- Work collaboratively across departments on legal compliance, employee communications, relations, and financial reporting to maintain program alignment and conformity.
- Maintain and negotiate vendor contracts to guarantee the efficient delivery of benefits services.
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues linked to benefits promptly and efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong operational management background with experience in handling benefits program execution and vendor oversight.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, communication, and finance teams.
- Skilled in resolving employee queries and managing vendor partnerships.
- Excellent data analysis and validation skills for identifying anomalies and root causes.
- Experienced in extracting, cleansing, and integrating data from multiple systems.
- Meticulous with clear, precise, and auditable documentation.
- Proficient with analytical tools and understanding system data flows.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities with a grasp of broader business implications.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledgeable in data governance, privacy, and secure data handling including de-identification.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Expertise in querying and consolidating diverse datasets from legacy databases and archival systems.
- Deep understanding of data privacy protocols such as data masking and anonymization.
- Skilled in data cleansing, pipeline development, standardized file naming, and secure repository management.
- Experienced in detailed data validation, auditing, source-to-target verification, and data quality frameworks.
- Mastery in maintaining thorough audit trails documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Demonstrated holistic and analytical problem-solving capabilities to detect systemic causes and trends.
- Vendor performance validation and contract compliance assessment experience.
- Proactive identification and mitigation of data risks and system limitations.
- Capability to evaluate the broader organizational impact of localized data issues.
- Attention to detail ensuring adherence to organizational standards and rigorous validation processes.
