About the Role

As an assistant cook (Beikoch), you will be part of a diverse culinary team catering to guests with everything from street food and fast food to international and upscale dishes.

Responsibilities

• Aid chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare menu ingredients and assist with kitchen prep tasks.
• Work across various kitchen sections including street food, fast food, international, and fine cuisine.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workflow.
• Comply with HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle food and ingredients responsibly.
• Help with serving and presenting quality dishes to guests.

Requirements

• Preferably completed training as a hospitality specialist, cook, or relevant experience as kitchen helper.
• Valid health certificate and knowledge of HACCP regulations.
• Basic familiarity with European and international cuisine.
• Good command of German (spoken and written) plus English skills.
• Dependable, motivated, service-minded with a friendly demeanor.
