Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to increase customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess needs and assist in meeting or exceeding their expectations.
• Inform customers about the product ranges best suited to their requirements.
• Explain the uses and advantages of different brands and products.
• Boost sales by achieving sales targets with makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level sales objectives.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentive programs.
• Track sales goals following new product launches at the store.
• Ensure marketing standards at the store comply with brand guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock counters appropriately.
• Report stock shortages using stock request forms.
• Verify stock receipt according to procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector is required.
