KIKO MILANO is hiring a Beauty Advisor for a new store opening in Dublin. In this role, you will do far more than help sell cosmetics: you will create memorable customer moments, build trust, and help shape the way people connect with the brand. You will be the first point of contact in store, bringing warmth, product knowledge, creativity, and a strong sense of energy to every shift.

What you will do

• Represent the brand with confidence, personality, approachability, and a genuine interest in beauty.
• Deliver customer interactions that help shoppers feel empowered to express themselves through makeup.
• Develop real rapport with customers and help turn one-time shoppers into repeat KIKO customers.
• Bring a positive, creative presence to the sales floor throughout every shift.
• Support the Store Manager in fostering a collaborative, high-energy, and inclusive team environment.
• Take ownership of core performance measures such as conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and sales goals.
• Use customer feedback and insight to spot opportunities and strengthen results.
• Share ideas that can improve engagement, sell-through, and KPI performance.
• Understand how individual contribution affects overall business performance.
• Take part in product launches, digital learning, and BeKIKO training activities.
• Stay up to date on new launches, key products, and application methods.
• Keep an eye on beauty, fashion, and social media trends, and bring fresh ideas back to the team.
• Own your development and make the most of internal progression opportunities.
• Help maintain smooth store operations by following KIKO’s standards and procedures.
• Keep the store looking clean, organised, and aligned with the brand image.
• Support stock handling, replenishment, and deliveries.
• Work in line with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines at all times.
