Job Summary

This role is for a driven, customer-oriented retail sales professional to support store operations in Hail. The person in this position will interact with shoppers, help grow sales across the product assortment, keep the store presentation in line with standards, and contribute to branch performance goals. Success in this job calls for strong people skills, a working understanding of products, and the ability to stay effective in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, share product details and suggestions, and create a smooth and pleasant shopping journey.
• Promote items and active offers, work toward personal and store sales goals, and use effective questioning and upselling techniques to close sales.
• Keep displays appealing, replenish stock, verify correct pricing and signage, and maintain a tidy, well-organized sales area.
• Build and keep current knowledge of product features, advantages, and ongoing promotions so customers receive accurate guidance.
• Handle the cash counter and payment tools carefully, process purchases, returns, and exchanges according to company rules.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints in a professional manner, escalate concerns when needed, and follow up to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with teammates and store leaders to meet daily operational objectives, take part in team discussions, and assist new colleagues when required.
• Follow cash-control procedures, safety measures, and company policies to protect store assets and maintain a secure environment.
• Share observations with management about customer preferences, stock requirements, and sales results on a regular basis.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is preferred, though candidates with strong customer service abilities at entry level may also be considered.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to interact with customers professionally and clearly.
• A customer-first approach with a genuine focus on friendly service and relationship building.
• Comfort with handling cash and basic transactions accurately and with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move stock when needed, and manage regular store tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adjust to changing retail priorities.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
