About the Role

Join Rivage, a premium skincare brand featuring natural Dead Sea minerals, as a Beauty Advisor at the Mall of the Emirates kiosk in Dubai. This role involves professionally representing the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and promoting a luxurious skincare experience to every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, confidently, and professionally at the kiosk.
• Present Rivage products clearly, highlighting the benefits of Dead Sea minerals and active ingredients.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations such as the hand experience ritual to enhance customer interaction and encourage purchases.
• Advise customers by recommending products tailored to their skin concerns and preferences.
• Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Consistently achieve sales targets set daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rivage’s product range, ingredients, usage instructions, and top sellers.
• Upkeep a professional image and communication style befitting a premium Dead Sea skincare brand.
• Adhere to brand sales scripts, service standards, and demonstration protocols.
• Stay informed of current promotions, launches, offers, and product updates.
• Manage kiosk operations including opening/closing procedures, ensuring the space is tidy, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
• Maintain testers, displays, shelves, price tags, and promotional materials in excellent condition.
• Monitor inventory and promptly report low stock to the supervisor.
• Receive and organize stock deliveries as needed.
• Strictly follow mall regulations and company policies at all times.
• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Prepare and submit timely daily sales reports.
• Count cash at shift’s end and follow established cash handling and deposit processes.
• Immediately communicate any sales, stock, customer, or operational issues to management.
• Ensure all products and testers are clean, hygienic, and well-presented during displays and demonstrations.
• Maintain hygiene standards consistently to support a luxury skincare environment.
• Attend scheduled shifts punctually, collaborate effectively with team members, and assist during busy times.
• Follow management directives, company guidelines, grooming standards, and mall rules diligently.
