Role overview

This position is for a skilled makeup artist who can blend creative flair with technical know-how to deliver a warm, inspiring, and tailored in-store experience. The goal is to educate customers, enhance their experience, and leave them delighted with the service they receive.

As part of a results-driven team, you will contribute to in-store events and help maintain strong visual merchandising standards so the store presents itself confidently and stands out from competitors.

Qualifications

• Formal makeup artistry training or prior retail makeup experience is preferred, but candidates with amateur-level experience who can show strong creative and technical ability are also encouraged to apply.
• You must be able to deliver genuine, uplifting, and personalized customer service.
• Retail working hours are required, including daytime, evening, weekend, and special-event shifts in a busy environment.
• Experience using retail point-of-sale systems is needed.
• If shortlisted for interview, you must be able to prove your legal right to live and work in Australia.

Work environment

This is an on-site retail role based in Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia.
