This role is based at Mamsha Beach in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Role Summary
The Beach Attendant supports the day-to-day running of the beach area by keeping the site clean, safe, and fully prepared for guests. The position contributes directly to a smooth and pleasant guest experience through setup, upkeep, and hands-on service across the beach.
Key Duties
- Prepare the beach by placing sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, cabanas, and other facilities according to the required standards.
- Keep the beach tidy and orderly throughout the day.
- Help guests with sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and other basic beach needs.
- Watch for hazards or maintenance concerns and escalate them quickly.
- Check that beach equipment remains in usable condition and is properly cared for.
- Support the lifeguard team by reinforcing beach safety rules and guest compliance.
- Respond to guest requests and share simple information about beach facilities and services.
- Manage used towels by collecting, returning, and handling them with proper inventory control.
- Assist in preparing and closing the beach setup for events, activities, and special occasions.
- Work in line with all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Candidate Profile
The preferred applicant will be practical, service-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role requires physical readiness, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
