About the Role

Saadiyat Beach Club is looking for a VIP Butler to provide highly personalized, discreet, and polished service to premium guests. The role is focused on creating a smooth, memorable beach club experience by anticipating needs, coordinating requests, and ensuring every guest receives attentive, luxury-level care in a beachfront setting.

Key Duties

• Deliver tailored, one-to-one service to VIP guests and ensure their preferences are fully met.
• Stay ahead of guest needs and proactively offer suitable support and services.
• Greet and accompany VIP guests to create a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Keep accurate awareness of guest preferences and relevant history where available.
• Manage food and beverage requests, cabana service, and any special arrangements.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure prompt and correct service delivery.
• Prepare special occasions, private dining experiences, and exclusive guest setups when required.
• Ensure VIP spaces such as cabanas, lounges, and beach beds are presented to luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual appeal, and guest comfort in all assigned areas.
• Consistently uphold brand, service, and luxury experience standards.
• Respond to guest questions, comments, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop positive rapport with repeat visitors and high-profile guests.
• Protect guest privacy and handle information with complete confidentiality.
• Recommend premium products, signature drinks, and exclusive experiences to enhance the visit.
• Contribute to revenue growth through thoughtful, personalized suggestions.
• Observe all health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures at all times.

Candidate Profile

• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related subject is preferred.
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, or premium food and beverage service is required.
• Prior exposure to butler-style service or VIP guest handling is strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong focus on detail and the ability to anticipate guest expectations.
• Professional, discreet, and well-presented appearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
• Well-developed coordination and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors, on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
