Job Overview

Jumeirah Beach Hotel has a vacancy for a Bartender at Nuska, joining from September 2026. The role involves delivering an outstanding guest experience by expertly preparing cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other drinks to precise recipes, while providing tailored recommendations. Responsibilities include upselling specialty beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue, ensuring the bar area is impeccably maintained, managing stock and supplies, and adhering strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 2 years’ bartending experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Demonstrates strong expertise in cocktail making, beverage preparation, and knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Exhibits excellent communication and guest service skills to deliver memorable experiences.
• Works effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Understands food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
