Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join the team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated blocks, including guest corridors, service areas, stairwells, lift landings, and service pantries through routine cleaning activities.
• Collect and dispose of scattered waste, empty bins, refresh soiled bedding and bathroom linens, and promptly report any unpleasant odors to the team leader.
• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning in assigned spaces such as bathrooms, closets, door tracks, and furniture, ensuring everything is properly aligned.
• Respond promptly to guest calls, fulfill requests and complaints within assigned areas, provide turndown services as required, and handle delivery and retrieval of items on loan to guests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for replenishment by inspecting and restocking bathrobes, bathroom linens, tissue, amenities, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, luggage racks, laundry bags, and complimentary guest water.
• Ensure all equipment in assigned sections is clean and properly maintained to prolong its usability.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience within the international hospitality sector.
• Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Have strong proficiency in software applications related to the role.
