Key Responsibilities

• Engage guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Mix and serve drinks adhering strictly to standard recipes, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Organize and maintain bar inventory, including restocking beverages, glassware, and perishables to support smooth operations.
• Efficiently handle payment transactions using the point-of-sale system, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Keep track of product quality and inventory freshness to maintain high standards.
• Manage guest interactions sensitively, especially when addressing intoxication, to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to protect guests and staff wellbeing.
