Overview
Join the Hilton Hotels team as a Night Auditor and play an essential role in creating welcoming guest experiences while conducting overnight financial audits and reconciliations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the hotel's daily financial transactions and supporting hotel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits and balance financial transactions across all hotel outlets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Verify that all credit card payments align correctly with daily sales reports.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found between financial reports and actual takings, maintaining data accuracy.
- Assist and provide training to Night Managers on proper financial procedures and system operations.
- Support the Night Manager in responding to emergencies throughout the night shift.
