Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits and balance financial transactions across all hotel outlets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Verify that all credit card payments align correctly with daily sales reports.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found between financial reports and actual takings, maintaining data accuracy.
• Assist and provide training to Night Managers on proper financial procedures and system operations.
• Support the Night Manager in responding to emergencies throughout the night shift.
