Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quality beverages and food items following standardized and customized recipes.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging and responding to customer needs with clear and courteous communication.
• Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance and comply with store policies related to safety, cash handling, and product quality.
• Perform various tasks throughout shifts to support store operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• No previous experience necessary; willingness to learn quickly is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities to build relationships and work effectively with others.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarification when needed.
• Flexible availability to work varying hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
