Key Responsibilities

• Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Adapt to various tasks required during shifts, maintaining composure in a fast-paced setting.

• Eager to learn new skills, including beverage recipes and store procedures.
• Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of following oral and written directions and seeking clarification when necessary.

Experience and Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks during shifts and maintain professionalism.
• Understand and comply with store operating policies related to product quality, cash handling, and safety.
