Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by creating the Starbucks Experience in every interaction.

- Adapt to various duties within the store throughout each shift.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior experience required; growth and learning are encouraged.
- Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance, with or without accommodations.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to meet operational standards including product quality, cash handling, and safety.
- Quick learner with the ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and relationship building.
- Capability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
