Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and positive Starbucks Experience to customers through expert beverage preparation and attentive service.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality as well as store cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute as a cooperative team member, assisting with cash handling, safety, and daily store tasks.
• Stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Engage effectively with customers, responding to their needs and preferences with clear and friendly communication.
