As a Barista at our Hope store, you will champion the Starbucks Experience by delivering excellent customer service and skillfully preparing food and beverages. Experience & Eligibility

• No prior experience is necessary to apply.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Be available for flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Adhere to store policies related to providing quality food and beverages, cash handling, and safety.
• Engage customers by identifying and responding to their needs kindly and clearly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes, adapting as required.
• Be versatile in performing a variety of store-related tasks during shifts.

Skills and Abilities

• Quick learner with a willingness to absorb new information.
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions and ask for clarifications when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective collaboration within a team environment.
