Role Overview

As a barista, you will deliver the true Starbucks Experience by offering exceptional customer service and crafting expertly prepared beverages and food items. Working in a dynamic and lively store, you can develop your skills, collaborate with teammates, and engage with a diverse set of customers, making a positive difference in their day.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers positively and build connections through excellent service.
• Prepare and customize beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards and customer preferences.
• Handle store tasks including cash management, maintaining safety protocols, and upkeep of a clean, organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience is necessary; we provide the training you need.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality with the ability to work flexible shifts—including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with customers and colleagues.
• Capability to follow oral and written instructions accurately and seek clarifications if necessary.
• An eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a team setting.
• Ability to maintain composure during busy periods and multitask effectively.
• Comfortable handling cash and adhering to store safety and security standards.
