Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality, adapting to flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies ensuring quality in beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Engage warmly with customers, effectively identifying and responding to their needs with clear communication.
• Prepare food and drinks accurately based on standard recipes or customized requests, adjusting ingredients or quantities as required.
• Demonstrate versatility by performing varied tasks across store operations during shifts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience is necessary for this role.
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new instructions both written and verbal; seek clarification when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to foster positive relationships.
• Reliability in attendance and adherence to operating standards.
