• Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain security protocols.
• Adapt to varied tasks within the store during shifts, ensuring smooth operations in a busy setting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn is essential.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance, accommodating flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to perform multiple store tasks while upholding Starbucks’ quality standards.
• Effective oral and written communication, including asking for clarifications as needed.
• Quick learning ability with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Capable of maintaining composure during high-energy periods and keeping workspaces clean and organized.
