As a barista, you will deliver the iconic Starbucks Experience by providing excellent service and crafting beverages with skill. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging positively with customers and meeting their individual needs.
• Prepare food and beverages accurately following standard or customized recipes.
• Operate cash registers responsibly and safely handle store transactions.
• Ensure the store maintains safety and cleanliness standards.
• Adapt to various duties within the store during shifts.
• Maintain a well-organized and hygienic workspace.

Experience & Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Compliance with store policies regarding product quality, cash handling, and security.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, with a willingness to ask questions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
