As a Starbucks barista, you will bring the Starbucks Experience to life by delivering excellent customer service and crafting high-quality food and beverages. Key Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience through attentive and friendly service.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items following standard recipes or tailored to customer preferences.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and contribute to maintaining store safety and security.
• Keep an orderly and clean workspace to ensure an enjoyable environment for customers and staff alike.
• Perform a variety of in-store tasks as needed during each shift.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; we welcome those ready to learn.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance, respecting scheduling requirements.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills enabling clear and pleasant customer interaction.
• Ability to quickly learn, follow oral and written instructions, and seek clarification if necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment calmly.
