Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers warmly and attentively, ensuring each interaction is memorable.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and cleanliness.

• Work flexible hours covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance, with or without accommodation.
• Strong customer service orientation with communication skills to meet various customer needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions, seeking clarification when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a capability to build relationships and work cooperatively in teams.
• Comfort in performing multiple roles within the store during shifts.
• Adaptability to learn quickly and manage responsibilities such as cash handling and maintaining safety standards.
