As a barista at Starbucks, your role is to deliver exceptional service and expertly prepare beverages that shape the Starbucks Experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a memorable customer service experience through friendly interaction and knowledgeable beverage preparation.
- Maintain high standards of workspace cleanliness and organizational efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and uphold store safety and security protocols.
- Adhere to operational policies including food and beverage quality standards.
- Adapt to varied tasks required during shifts and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- No prior experience required; willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, open to flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Capability to follow oral and written instructions precisely and ask for clarifications when necessary.
- Team player attitude with the ability to build positive relationships.
