Role overview
For the upcoming opening of the Armani Caffé in Hamburg, the company is looking to hire a Barista (m/w/d) starting in July 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Italian espresso drinks and other coffee specialties for guests with a high level of care.
- Welcome guests professionally and respond quickly and flexibly to their individual requests.
- Serve additional beverages as needed and ensure smooth guest service.
- Handle multiple orders at the same time with calm, routine, and efficiency.
- Consistently follow hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Work closely with the team and contribute through a positive, attentive attitude to strong guest satisfaction.
Profile and requirements
- A completed qualification in hospitality or several years of experience as a barista, or in a similar role, is preferred.
- Experience in upscale dining or hospitality, along with independent and self-directed work habits, is expected.
- Strong manners, a well-groomed appearance, and a clear service focus are essential.
