Role Summary

The Barback will be an essential member of the bar team at Delano Dubai’s restaurant, facilitating smooth beverage operations within an elegant indoor setting. Quickness, precision, and teamwork are critical to assist bartenders in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting bartenders by promptly restocking essentials such as ice, glassware, garnishes, and drinks to ensure efficient bar operation.
• Organizing and preparing beverage ingredients and tools to maintain readiness throughout service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness around the bar area by clearing used glasses and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Communicating and coordinating closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams for seamless and timely service.
• Assisting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams during day-to-day service and special events to uphold high service standards.
• Responding swiftly to guest requests to enhance comfort and experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality settings such as upscale hotels, high-end restaurants, or exclusive beach clubs demonstrating refined and discreet guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities enabling polished guest interactions.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and management software along with comprehensive knowledge of sophisticated service procedures.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional experience.
