Job Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to preparation guidelines both at the bar and via customer ordering apps.
• Deliver food promptly to guests, perform timely check-backs, and clear tables efficiently following service.
• Engage in friendly customer interactions, welcome patrons, express gratitude, and foster positive rapport.
• Stay informed about promotions, events, and new menu items to provide up-to-date information to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the pub by adhering to 'clean as you go' standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and performing restroom checks.
• Assist in diverse tasks such as glass washing, restocking refrigerators, and clearing floors and beer gardens as needed.

Working Hours and Environment

Our venues open early and close late, offering flexible shift patterns that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and late-night hours. The typical weekly commitment is approximately 28 hours, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at €14.86 per hour.
• Additional €1.00 per hour for shifts between midnight and 5:59 AM.
