About the Role: Bar Attendant – Grain Bar

As a Bar Attendant at the Grain Bar within Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, you will join a high-energy team celebrated for craft cocktails, curated spirits, and warm hospitality. Your role will focus on delivering personalized, memorable service through expert drink preparation and engaging guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, hospitable service tailored individually to every guest at the bar.
• Craft and serve a diverse array of beverages including classic cocktails, wines, and craft spirits with skill and flair.
• Educate and engage guests with insightful knowledge about the menu and drink selections.
• Ensure the bar area remains immaculate, well-organized, and attractively presented at all times.
• Monitor inventory and support preparation and closing bar tasks efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with Grain Bar and Food & Beverage teams to provide smooth and effective service.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working in a bar or hospitality setting, with a preference for cocktail expertise.
• A genuine enthusiasm for mixology and delivering superior guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills combined with an engaging and charismatic demeanor.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
• Availability and flexibility to work day and evening shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
