Your Responsibilities At C&A

• Handle a variety of tasks in the Freiburg store depending on time of day, week, and season, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability in different colors or sizes, and offer knowledgeable, brief style advice such as matching accessories.
• Assist with replenishing merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and adhering to C&A's store policies learned during onboarding.
• Operate the cash register during busy periods and efficiently manage returns or exchanges with a customer-focused approach.
• Support the sales team with additional tasks such as goods transportation processing and merchandise handling.
