Key Duties

• Organize and zone the produce department effectively.
• Manage stock rotation and inspect items for expiration dates.
• Ensure all merchandise has correct signage and pricing.
• Comply with strict standards for cold chain management including thermometer calibration, temperature recording, and proper food handling.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols diligently.
• Execute procedures related to ordering, clearance sales, pricing adjustments, and labeling accurately.
• Maintain full stock levels to prepare the department for business operation at all times.
• Follow health and safety regulations rigorously.
• Restock merchandise, downstock products as needed, protect products appropriately, and complete modular setups including flex modulars and shelf caps.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $18.05 per hour.
