Location Overview

Located in the heart of Qatar's capital, our seaside Four Seasons Hotel Doha boasts modern elegance and breathtaking sea views. This urban beachfront destination includes 237 rooms, 20 villas, ten dining venues including the world's largest Nobu restaurant, extensive banquet and outdoor catering services, five pools, a private beach, fitness center, and a spa offering comprehensive hydrotherapy treatments. The hotel was beautifully renovated in 2019 and reopened in 2020.

Role Summary

• Serve as a vital Food & Beverage team member delivering outstanding quality and service to guests.
• Assist food servers to ensure enjoyable, professionally delivered dining experiences aligned with Four Seasons high standards of quality, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Promptly clear and reset tables with precision and neatness according to specifications.
• Must be available to work weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of food service and good personal presentation with interpersonal skills.
• Competency in performing tasks meeting Four Seasons standards, including discreet table clearing, polishing silverware, replenishing condiments, and maintaining clean tables.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive, can-do attitude toward responsibilities.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
