Role Overview
Joining our team as a Banking Consultant, you will support daily banking needs, build meaningful customer relationships, and guide clients through routine and impactful financial decisions. Whether assisting with quick transactions or introducing digital banking tools, you will create an accessible and straightforward banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer personable, practical assistance for everyday banking transactions.
- Customize service by understanding what matters most to each customer.
- Educate customers about our digital banking platforms and tools.
- Collaborate in a learning-focused workplace culture that values teamwork.
- Contribute to fostering a community-oriented, growth-minded, and diverse work environment.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and practice responsible risk management by knowing your customers.
- Participate actively in bank programs and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and advocacy.
Candidate Preferences and Work Details
Candidates fluent in Chinese are preferred but not mandatory. This position suits those returning to work, wishing to change industries, or seeking experience in a customer-centered field.
Location: ANZ Westcity Branch, 7 Catherine Street, Henderson, Auckland.
Employment Type: Permanent part-time role.
Working Hours: 15 hours weekly, Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
