Job description
Overview
We are seeking a qualified BAMS Ayurvedic Doctor to provide medical consultations and oversee wellness treatments at our Ayurvedic retreat located in Morni Hills, Haryana. The role involves evaluating guest health issues, devising personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans, and coordinating closely with therapy teams to ensure excellent care and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to address guest health concerns.
- Prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic therapies, dietary suggestions, and lifestyle modifications.
- Direct Panchakarma and massage therapists based on individual guest needs.
- Oversee the quality of treatments and maintain superior guest experience standards.
- Document essential health records and therapy notes for guests.
- Collaborate with resort staff in organizing comprehensive wellness programs.
- Design straightforward wellness plans targeting stress relief, digestion improvement, weight control, sleep enhancement, pain alleviation, and rejuvenation.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to safety, hygiene, and professional norms.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, explaining treatments clearly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree.
- Previous work experience in Ayurvedic clinics, Panchakarma centers, wellness resorts, or hospitals is advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Panchakarma and other wellness therapy modalities is preferred.
- Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and a guest-friendly approach.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000, adjusted according to experience and qualifications. Potential provisions for accommodation and meals are negotiable.
