- Build a strong working relationship with the test vendor team, overseeing resource planning, onboarding, handovers, and performance tracking with cost discipline.
- Develop and report relevant quality metrics such as defect counts, readiness levels, and testing progress.
- Leverage automation where beneficial and implement continuous improvement practices by capturing and applying lessons learned.
- Exemplify proactive ownership by identifying issues early and proposing solutions while managing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in software testing, including 5 years managing complex, multi-party programmes.
- Solid background in financial markets or regulated financial services platform environments.
- Proven ability to anticipate risks, plan effectively, and execute tasks autonomously.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to produce executive summaries and external documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with member or client readiness and conformance testing processes.
- Demonstrated capability managing documentation governance and publication workflows.
- History of effective resource and vendor management with a focus on cost control.
