Position Overview

As an Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Coordinator, you will be pivotal in advancing and coaching the production teams on Autonomous Maintenance practices, driving continuous improvement and AM stage advancements, and reducing unplanned downtime to enhance equipment availability. Your role includes managing optimization and digitalization initiatives aligned with factory goals, performing KPI analysis and performance monitoring, and serving as a liaison between production, technical teams, and production engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and train production teams in Autonomous Maintenance methods
• Promote progression through AM stages and foster ongoing improvements
• Minimize unexpected equipment stoppages and improve machine uptime
• Manage optimization and digital projects to meet factory objectives
• Conduct KPI evaluations and monitor operational performance
• Act as the intermediary connecting production, technical departments, and production engineering

Qualifications

• Completed technical or industrial-technical vocational training, or alternatively, at least three years of experience in a production environment
• Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as MOS, AM, Kaizen
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong initiative, confident demeanor, and sense of responsibility

Terms and Conditions

• Contract Type: Fixed-term for 1 year
• Start Date: August 1, 2026
• Location: Bremen-Hemelingen, Germany
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible timing (flextime)
