Automobile Sales Executive

About the Role

Maha Motors is looking for a motivated and skilled Two-Wheeler Sales Executive to join their team located in Anna Nagar West, Chennai. The candidate will be dedicated to assisting showroom visitors by understanding their requirements and guiding them effectively through various bike and scooter options, ultimately securing vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with walk-in customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable two-wheelers.
• Demonstrating product features, explaining specifications, pricing, financing or EMI schemes, and available promotions.
• Coordinating and accompanying customers during test rides while ensuring safety protocols are observed.
• Professionally negotiating and concluding sales deals through consistent follow-ups with prospective buyers.
• Supporting customers with vehicle registration paperwork, insurance formalities, and facilitating smooth delivery handovers.
• Achieving or surpassing individual monthly sales targets on a consistent basis.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of at least 12th standard pass, diploma, or graduate degree.
• Minimum one year of proven experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
• Excellent communication abilities, effective sales pitching, active listening skills, and fundamental understanding of vehicle financing or loans.
• Fluency in Tamil is required; basic proficiency in English is beneficial.
