Role overview

As an Audit Senior, you will be central to shaping and delivering audit solutions for a varied client base, mainly across Government & Public Services and Financial Services. The position requires you to act as a dependable advisor, particularly where accurate financial reporting is critical. You will also continue building your technical and professional capabilities through exposure to varied businesses and challenging assignments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and carry out audit assignments through all stages, ensuring strong quality and timely delivery.
  • Support clients with complex accounting questions and help identify financial and operational risks.
  • Use audit platforms and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach, guide, and develop junior members of the audit team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different geographies, including global teams and teams throughout the Caribbean and Bermuda region.

About the Audit & Assurance team

The Audit & Assurance practice helps safeguard the public interest by supporting informed, evidence-based decisions and strengthening trust in government and capital markets. Through independent review of financial and non-financial statements, as well as internal controls, the team helps stakeholders understand how an organization reflects its social impact, risks, opportunities, financial performance, position, and future outlook.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent post-secondary qualification such as ACCA. You should either possess, or be on track to complete in 2026, a globally recognized accounting designation such as CPA, CA, ACA, or ACCA. A background of 2 to 3 years in relevant audit work is required.

Preferred experience

Experience working with public sector or government clients, and/or clients in financial services such as banking or insurance, is an advantage.
