About the Role
Join EY's dynamic Audit team in Saudi Arabia as an Audit Manager based in Al Khobar. This role offers a chance to lead intricate audit projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery while fostering strong relationships both internally and with clients. You will play a vital role in identifying risks and guiding junior team members, encouraging a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement audit strategies in coordination with senior leadership.
- Lead or conduct complex audit tasks, managing teams according to project scale.
- Monitor financial aspects of audits, including staffing and fee tracking.
- Engage in initiatives that drive business growth.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least seven years of external audit professional experience.
- Strong academic background paired with recognized qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
- Previous experience working with a Big Four accounting firm.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Familiarity with risk-based audit approaches.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching staff.
- Exposure to the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
