About the Resort
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachside resort destination being developed in the United Arab Emirates, with opening planned for 2027. Positioned less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the property will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa, all set on a scenic island in the Arabian Gulf.
Role Overview
The resort is looking for an Attendant for the Kids Club to join the team supporting children’s activities and guest service within the club.
Key Duties
- Greet children and their families in a friendly, polished, and welcoming manner.
- Enroll children in activities and make sure all required forms and consent paperwork are properly completed.
- Share details with parents about schedules, programs, and safety rules.
- Help supervise children while they take part in age-suitable games, crafts, and learning-based activities.
- Make sure children remain safe, engaged, and well looked after throughout their visit.
- Assist with special occasions such as themed activities, seasonal events, and birthday parties.
- Process payments for Kids Club services, retail items, and special programs.
- Keep transaction records accurate and provide receipts when needed.
- Balance the cash register and escalate any mismatches to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- Keep the Kids Club area tidy, orderly, and suitable for children.
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures consistently.
- Immediately report any incidents, concerns, or issues to management.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate will bring a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Training or certification related to childcare or hospitality is considered an advantage. Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in childcare, recreation, or customer-facing service roles is preferred, with hospitality exposure being especially valuable. Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is also important. CPR and First Aid certification is desirable. The ideal person will be warm, patient, energetic, and able to communicate effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.
