- Lead and facilitate vision workshops and stakeholder interviews to align on a cohesive future-state ATM and cash management vision.
- Document the future ATM member experience emphasizing self-service, cash access, and consistent channels.
- Align stakeholders on strategic tradeoffs, such as member experience versus cost, governance consolidation versus status quo, expanded functionality versus ecosystem complexity.

- Hands-on familiarity with ATM hardware platforms, software stacks compliant with XFS, CEN, and WOSA standards, switching infrastructure, and management systems.
- Experience designing ATM operating models, including governance, cash replenishment cycles, maintenance models, and service level agreements.
- Deep understanding of ATM member experience from design and operational perspectives, including advanced features like deposit automation and cardless access.
- Strong knowledge of ATM integration patterns, connectivity, switch and card network interactions, and API-driven ATM management.

- Skilled at facilitating executive workshops, aligning diverse groups, and structuring strategic tradeoff analyses for leadership decision-making.
- Prior consulting experience collaborating closely alongside client teams in fast-paced workstreams.
