Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Associate to become part of our Global Integrated Marketing team. This position involves supporting the execution of global product launches, coordinating marketing and sales campaigns, organizing events, managing marketing and sales operations, and aligning all efforts to support the company's business goals and growth as the leader in gaming chairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning and delivery of international product launches, marketing and sales initiatives, event management, operational projects, and various cross-functional activities.
- Manage the operational aspects of marketing and sales programs as well as our relationships with external partners.
- Foster teamwork by collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to secure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Assist in identifying and proposing marketing and sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to process enhancement efforts within the team and help implement necessary systems and workflows.
- Support Product Owners by undertaking additional projects or tasks that contribute to business targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a diploma qualification.
- Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of experience in roles such as Marketing Assistant or Marketing Associate, particularly with project management exposure.
- Show strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of efficiently managing tasks and adhering to deadlines.
- Be self-driven and thrive in an energetic and fast-moving work atmosphere.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Have an eagerness to learn, openness to new challenges, and adaptability.
- Be receptive to constructive feedback as a means to professional growth.
- Possess solid skills in computer applications, including MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Be comfortable performing administrative duties.
Additional Advantage
- Knowledge of consumer psychology principles is a plus.
