Job Responsibilities

• Identify professionals and executives for top management positions across national and international mandates.
• Conduct systematic market research to pinpoint relevant target companies and candidate pools.
• Analyze organizational and company structures to derive suitable search areas.
• Perform competitor comparisons and industry analyses for continuous market monitoring.
• Build and maintain a resilient, internationally oriented research network using databases, LinkedIn, AI tools, and specialized portals.
• Participate in kick-off briefings and maintain ongoing communication with responsible consultants regarding mandate details and search strategies.
• Develop innovative identification methods and search strategies autonomously.
• Engage in telephone outreach to candidates, assessing their professional suitability and motivation to change.

Candidate Profile

• Pursuing an advanced degree in business administration or a related discipline, at least from the third semester onwards.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities.
• Exhibit high self-motivation and eagerness to take on responsibility.
• Demonstrate clear, open communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Show linguistic versatility and openness.
• Be proficient with MS Office applications.
• English skills are advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Hold good knowledge of AI technologies such as Large Language Models and AI Agents.
