About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers a fully remote work experience with flexible weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40. Compensation is competitive, within the range of $15 to $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential candidates by employing creative sourcing strategies and innovative methodologies.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring an efficient pipeline management.
- Arrange interviews, manage feedback collection, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Maintain professional, clear, and proactive communication with all involved parties including candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor recruitment performance by tracking and analyzing critical hiring metrics to enhance recruitment methods.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of candidates within the applicant tracking system for compliance and process efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably gained in a startup environment.
- Proficient with diverse sourcing tools and platforms and skilled in applying various sourcing techniques.
- Capability to manage multiple open roles and recruitment pipelines effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
- Experience in establishing solid working relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
