Role Overview

We are searching for a hands-on leader to head the ERP Department, handling Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement (Quik), HCM/Payroll, and Integration (Oracle Integration Cloud/OIC, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure/OCI). This position demands direct involvement in daily operations including personally resolving production issues like access requests and integration errors, alongside team leadership, managing Oracle vendor relations, championing automation projects, and quarterly departmental planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support the ERP Department covering Financials, Procurement, HCM/Payroll, and Integration streams with hands-on management of team members.
• Authorize expenses, approve access and purchase requisition tickets, and ensure every task is tracked via JIRA with personal oversight on compliance.
• Organize team knowledge-sharing and training sessions on Oracle upgrades, automation technologies such as RPA/AI, and integration tools to enhance skills.
• Actively recognize team achievements and provide personal support during challenging times to maintain department morale.
• Triage and assign incoming support tickets; personally troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud execution failures, Oracle/Okta access problems, and coordinate with HR on employee lifecycle impacts.
• Escalate critical issues to IT, InfoSec, and network/security teams as needed.
• Maintain the Oracle vendor relationship, oversee service requests, environment reviews, upgrade planning, and liaise with external consultants on ERP project delivery.
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and costs, exemplified by an in-house AI-based invoice processing solution significantly accelerating processing times.
• Lead cross-system consolidation projects such as a unified supplier onboarding platform via Oracle Redwood.
• Oversee quarterly planning, stakeholder reporting, and maintain coordination with cross-functional teams including Finance, People/HR, IT, and regional units.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated direct experience troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud issues personally.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules: Financials, Procurement, HCM/Payroll and familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI.
• Experience managing Oracle-Okta access provisioning and troubleshooting for diverse user types.
• Strong vendor and program management skills, including handling Oracle support and leading ERP implementation consultants.
• A strong background in driving and sponsoring automation and AI solutions with evident efficiency gains.
• Proven leadership capability managing technical teams with effective workload distribution and rigorous task documentation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, InfoSec, and operational business units.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines; Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
