About the Role

Join PwC's Advisory team as an Associate Consultant specialising in SAP Treasury. In this position, you will engage in comprehensive consulting services addressing various SAP applications focused on Treasury and Risk Management. Your role will encompass understanding client requirements, supporting software implementation, delivering training, and ensuring efficient adoption of SAP solutions to optimize operational processes and contribute to strategic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo thorough training on SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), including system configuration and corporate treasury processes such as Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management, In-House Cash, and handling Financial Instruments like Loans, Deposits, Foreign Exchange, and Derivatives.
• Gain hands-on experience with SAP FI integration with Treasury, as well as SAP business processes and S/4HANA concepts through activities such as system walkthroughs, configuration simulations, functional documentation, and test case preparation.
• After deployment, provide support and contribute to SAP Treasury implementations, enhancements, or support projects by gathering business requirements, preparing functional design documents, assisting in system configuration, and participating in unit and user acceptance testing.
• Work with SAP Treasury sub-modules including Cash & Liquidity Management, Bank Communication Management, Financial Risk Management, and collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Accounting teams, and technical consultants.
• Deliver production support by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, resolving problems, and documenting solutions while ensuring adherence to accounting standards, internal control procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
• Capability to translate business processes into system logic with analytical problem-solving aptitude.
• Comfortable managing data, reports, and reconciliations.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn SAP and enterprise system configurations and understand system flows.
• Knowledge of integration between Treasury, Financial Accounting, Controlling, and banking systems is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client engagement skills, teamwork, attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality awareness.

Career Development

• Progression pathway includes roles like Trainee SAP Treasury Consultant, SAP Treasury Functional Consultant, Senior and Lead Consultant, ultimately advancing to Solution Architect or Treasury Transformation Specialist positions.

Mandatory Qualifications
