Practice Focus

Our Abu Dhabi practice leads GCC public sector strategy consulting, emphasizing government and public institutions. We're expanding this team, offering rapid career growth and entrepreneurial opportunities within specializations such as economic and social development, governance, fiscal and monetary policies, human capital, tourism, culture, and entertainment.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will dissect complex challenges into manageable tasks, guiding junior consultants to concentrate on critical elements. You'll plan and conduct rigorous analyses, pinpointing core issues to develop effective recommendations. Collaboration with clients and team members to advance projects, along with managing smaller teams, is expected. Your expertise will provide unique insights that differentiate our services.

Engagement Managers oversee projects on-site, steering problem-solving from initial hypotheses to concrete solutions. They ensure practical, coherent recommendations while managing operational and strategic complexities, building strong client relationships through excellent communication.

Candidate Profile

• Degree from a prestigious academic institution.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a similar environment.
• Proven experience leading projects within government or public sector entities, particularly in the GCC region.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and clients under demanding deadlines.
• Robust analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication ability to engage senior executives.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a positive approach.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as required.
