Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager proficient in Arabic and experienced in Big 4 consulting firms such as PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG. This role, based in Dubai, entails leading strategic and transformation projects that produce tangible business results across various industries.

Key Duties

• Oversee full project lifecycles to ensure delivery aligns with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead extensive projects involving transformational change, strategy formulation, operating model redesign, and organizational enhancements.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with executive stakeholders and senior client teams.
• Administer project planning, governance, risk assessment, and comprehensive reporting.
• Guide diverse teams and mentor project staff.
• Create project strategies, develop business cases, and prepare presentations for executive audiences.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure that project outcomes firmly align with overarching business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Brings over 8 years of expertise in Project Management, Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Transformation.
• Has verifiable experience at one of the Big 4 consulting firms is essential.
• Demonstrates a strong history of managing complex, enterprise-level projects.
• Exemplifies outstanding stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication.
• Possession of certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Experience in sectors including Government, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Energy is highly valued.
