About Eduquest CAS
Eduquest CAS is the consulting division of Eduquest International Institute, a respected professional training provider in Singapore. We specialize in advisory services relating to Food Safety, Quality & Compliance, as well as Sustainability and ESG, catering to clients in the food manufacturing, F&B, and hospitality industries both locally and regionally.
Role Overview
Our Associate Consultants collaborate closely with our expert team to deliver actionable, compliant, and certification-ready solutions. These include documentation and strategic advice that help clients meet regulatory requirements and achieve sustainability targets.
Specialist Tracks We Are Recruiting For
- Food Safety & Quality: Partner with food manufacturers, central kitchens, and F&B operators to develop Food Safety Management Systems, facilitate certification processes, and comply with SFA and FSSA 2025 regulations.
- Sustainability & ESG: Assist food and F&B clients in ESG reporting, food waste management, sustainable packaging solutions, and carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform gap analysis, risk evaluation, and compliance audits at client locations throughout Singapore.
- Design and implement tailored Food Safety Management Systems fitting diverse operational needs and sectors within the food industry.
- Support clients in preparation for third-party audits such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 Version 6, and BRCGS Issue 9 certifications.
- Create practical, clear documentation including manuals, SOPs, HACCP plans, CAPA reports, and ESG disclosures to support operational compliance.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements including SFA, FSSA 2025, MUIS Halal standards, NEA, and MSE sustainability policies.
- Conduct internal auditor trainings and capacity-building workshops as needed to enhance client competencies.
- Work collaboratively with the Eduquest CAS team to maintain high quality, consistent branding, and ensure client satisfaction in all projects.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of three years of relevant hands-on experience in food safety, quality assurance, or sustainability within the food sector.
- Academic qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or closely related fields.
- Preferred professional certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000 Lead Auditor, FSSC 22000, or equivalents.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment, including SFA, FSSA 2025, MUIS, NEA, and MSE frameworks.
- Ability to independently produce concise, professional quality documentation and manage delivery timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the Eduquest CAS consultancy with professionalism.
- Highly motivated, well-organized individual comfortable juggling multiple assignments simultaneously.
