Role summary

The company is looking for a well-organized, dependable, and discreet assistant to support the leadership team in a fast-moving environment. This role offers direct exposure to management, meaningful responsibility from day one, and short decision-making paths.

What the role involves

  • Taking ownership of the management calendar, meetings, and business travel, including reservations and expense documentation
  • Preparing meetings in advance and following them up afterward with presentations, notes, and decision records
  • Gathering and organizing background information for discussions with customers, partners, and investors
  • Serving as a communication bridge between the management team and external stakeholders, as well as internal contacts
  • Managing sensitive information before it becomes public, including fundraising conversations, client negotiations, and internal matters
  • Keeping track of action items, agreed decisions, and outstanding commitments

What the company is looking for

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent educational background
  • Several years of experience in an executive assistant role or a similar position
  • Strong command of German and English, both in speaking and writing
  • Confident handling of MS 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A structured, independent, and practical approach to work
  • A very high level of confidentiality, ideally gained in a startup, law firm, or fundraising-related environment
